Crystal and Energy Healing
Jemma Lewis is a Crystal and Energy Healer and currently practices at her home in South East London and at Buddah on a Bicycle, Endell Street, Covent Garden.
Energy Healing is a holistic therapy, which means that the focus is on the individual as a whole, rather than on physical symptoms alone, it empowers and facilitates the journey to health. It involves working on the energy fields/aura enabling healing on all levels including emotional/mental well-being, relationships and spiritual realisation. Meaning that it can be effective in most any situation.
Crystal Healing uses crystals to enhance and deepen the process of Energy Healing.
By placing crystals on or around the body, the energy channeled during healing, will
be enhanced, shaped and focused.

About Crystals
Crystals have been used for healing since ancient times by many different cultures aiding illness, meditation and spiritual enlightenment. They can simplify, focus, store, transmit, transmute, hold and channel energy. Polished, cut and tumbled crystals have a much more direct, focused and deeper effect on healing as more light flows through them. Rough/natural crystals have a much softer and gentler energy, as light does not flow through them as directly or sharply.
Crystals can be carried or worn. They may be placed in your surroundings, in homes, offices, workplaces, recreational areas and goldfish bowls. They have been known to reduce the harmful effects of radiation and microwaves, mobile, television and computer screens. They can calm the energies in a room making your environment feel more relaxed, or energised. They can increase your focus and boost creativity.
Each crystal holds a specific energy/vibration and therefore they can be used as healing tools and in any number of methods. Each method has its own direct/specific way of channeling energy and each crystal brings its own vibration and properties to that specific healing, depending on what is needed at that point in time.
